Wow, a lot of low reviews on this place and I thought it was great. No complaints. We've been here 4 times and the bangus is excellent. The rice and condiments were good. The servers were quick and friendly enough, clean location with a nice view, clean bathroom. The price was affordable. The chicken was really-really good too, the only negative for our experience was that our chicken serving wasn't that big. We could've used more meat, it's tough to fault them on that though.

Chicken Bacolod is still the top choice for fast food bacolod style barbecue. The Chicken Bacolod branch in Vertis North is a testament to that. The food is great and consistent with any other of its branches. The menu has just enough choices to satisfy the inasal craving. Service is great but do give a bit of allowance on when the order will be ready and served. The place is quiet, spacious, and clean. It might get a bit noisy during lunch and dinnertime but that would be expected. One minor gripe is that the in house restroom is not properly maintained and could be a bit dirty at times. Fair warning since the mall restrooms tend to be cleaner. Overall, good food, good service, so-so restroom.

Tasty chicken inasal, juicy and flavorful. However the paa is very small. The place is a bit cramped.

No high chair for toddlers. They should invest on high chairs for kids. Service was good. Chicken was okay. The batchoy was served cold.

We went here Friday afternoon and good thing it wasn't crowded! Medyo nasarapan kami kasi siguro bago sa panlasa namin? Parati kasi kami nag ma-Mang Inasal Also, I think a manager of that branch served us, which is good kasi attentive siya at hindi lang sa amin, pati na rin sa ibang customers nung araw na yon. Dishes have reasonable prices. Nice interior and ambiance.

I had a great dining experience at Chicken Bacolod in Vertis North. I ordered the Pecho meal, and it instantly brought back memories of my visits to Bacolod, especially the iconic Manukan Country. The chicken was juicy, smoky, and full of that distinct inasal flavor that’s hard to find outside of Negros. The garlic rice and the toyomansi with siling labuyo made it even better. The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and service was quick. If you're craving authentic Bacolod-style chicken inasal, this spot delivers. Highly recommended for comfort food lovers.
